atomic HR is seeking an Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist to drive lead gen and outreach for US startups and marketing agencies. This remote role focuses on researching audiences, writing personalized outreach, and posting roles to attract the right candidates.

You'll build a scalable pipeline using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools, mentored as you learn the talent side. No recruiting background required; growth and learning are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Research new roles to define the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.

• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for outreach.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized with timely follow-ups.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to scale while retaining a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
