atomic HR is a recruiting startup seeking an Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist to conduct lead generation and outreach for US startups and agencies. This fully remote role sits on our internal team, with mentorship as you learn the talent side and leverage AI tools to scale your outreach.

You’ll research roles, craft personalized messages, post opportunities, review applicants, and maintain an organized pipeline.

Qualifications

Fluent written English with ability to write to strangers in a human, non-template way.
Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn across roles and industries.
Resourceful and comfortable with new tools and automation.
Excellent organization to keep multiple pipelines clean and up to date.
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to hit targets.
Comfort with basic metrics and willingness to test and adapt.
Concrete example of using a tool or tactic to improve results.

Responsibilities

Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
Write and personalize outreach, testing subject lines and openers to boost replies.
Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
Keep the talent pipeline organized and follow up to avoid drop-offs.
Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while maintaining personal touch.
Track what works and adjust approach based on data.
