You’ll craft personalized outreach, post roles, and build a scalable lead-gen process with AI tools, no recruiting background required, under mentorship.

Part-time opportunity (20–30 hours/week) with USD weekly contractor pay, overlapping US time zones, and growth potential as you learn the talent side.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and follow up with candidates.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without losing personalization.
• Track results and adjust outreach based on data.
