atomic HR is a fully remote recruiting startup seeking an Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist to join its own internal team. You will focus on lead generation for marketing and creative roles across US startups and agencies, writing outreach that resonates and posting roles where the right people see them.

No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored while you learn the talent side and use AI tools to move fast at scale, maintaining a personal touch in every message.

• Excellent written English and ability to message a stranger as a human rather than a template.
• Curiosity and drive to learn, especially across new roles and industries.
• Resourcefulness: pick up tools quickly without a script.
• Strong organization to keep pipelines tidy and up to date.

• Comfort with basic metrics and testing new approaches.
