atomic HR is a recruiting startup helping talent across Latin America land remote roles with US startups and marketing agencies. This Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist role sits on our internal team and is remote-friendly.

You will research roles, write personalized outreach, post openings and shortlist candidates. No recruiting experience required; you’ll be mentored and learn to scale with AI and dedicated sourcing tools while keeping a human touch in every message.

Qualifications

• Must be able to write clearly to strangers and maintain human tone.
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt to new audiences.
• Comfort with basic metrics and experiment-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach messages, test subject lines and openers.
• Post roles to attract the right applicants and drive quality applications.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up to prevent drop-offs.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while preserving personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approach based on data.
