This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) sits on our internal team, focusing on finding the right people for marketing and creative roles in a remote LATAM setting.

You will be mentored while you learn the talent side and will use a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to test outreach messaging and posting strategies.

Your Role

This is lead generation pointed at people instead of customers. You'll work across many different roles and industries, and every search starts with two questions: who is this person, and what would actually make them reply? If you've done lead gen or marketing, it's the same muscle you already have.

A lot of what you'll source for is marketing and creative work: creative strategists, paid media, performance, growth, and data roles. So if you come from a marketing or agency world, you already understand the people you're reaching and what they care about. You figure out where the right people are, write the outreach, post the role so the right people see it, and improve based on what actually gets responses. Some recruiters treat this as the boring first step of hiring. We think it's the most interesting part, and it's most of this job. No recruiting experience needed.
