HireHawk, a remote-friendly firm connecting top global talent with U.S. companies, is seeking a cost-efficient Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist.

The role focuses on building pipeline through strategic sourcing, automated outreach, and proactive follow-ups, supporting the founder while deals are closed internally. Candidates should excel at written outreach, phone engagement, and CRM discipline, thriving with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or SDR roles.
• Strong experience with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Experience running outbound automation campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, social media, online research).
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies (email, cold calls, social outreach).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
• Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
