atomic HR is recruiting for an Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist (Lead Gen & Outreach) to help US startups and agencies find great candidates from Latin America. This fully remote role requires curious, proactive outreach and the ability to write engaging messages that get responses.

You’ll work with a modern sourcing platform and AI tools, with mentorship as you learn the talent side. We welcome graduates and career switchers; part-time to start with 20–30 hours weekly, overlapping US

Qualifikationen

Strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning as each role is a new puzzle.
Resourcefulness and comfort with new tools without a script.
Excellent organization to keep pipelines clean and follow-ups timely.

Aufgaben

Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
Review applicants and shortlist the strongest candidates.
Keep the pipeline organized and ensure timely follow-ups.
