atomic HR is a fully remote recruiting startup serving Latin American talents for roles with US startups and agencies. This entry-level outbound talent specialist role focuses on lead generation, crafting personalized outreach, and promoting roles to the right audiences. You’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side and will use AI tools to scale your outreach.

No recruiting experience required. You will build a pipeline, test messages, and improve reply rates while working part-time to start,

• Excellent written English with the ability to write to a stranger like a human, not a template.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to improve replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist candidates for conversations.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing strong candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to manage high volumes while keeping personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
