Job summary

Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a skilled Global Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across US, UK and LATAM, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and extend offers.

You will leverage Workday and sourcing platforms to identify top talent, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, track data in the ATS, and drive hiring KPIs in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate multinational or high-volume agency.
• Must be highly proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a multicultural/diverse environment and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HRIS like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, extend offers, and negotiate salaries.
• Collaborate with HR to align recruitment with business strategy and talent needs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and sourcing platforms to identify top talent and ensure data accuracy in ATS.
