The role involves managing full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across the U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Successful candidates will leverage Workday and sourcing techniques to identify top talent, align hiring with business strategy, and drive efficient onboarding.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate multinational or high-volume agency.
• Must be highly proficient in English.

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights; extend offers and negotiate salaries.
