Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. The role is 100% remote, Latam-based, and focuses on Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services, with ownership of pipelines from alignment to offer rollout.

You will source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, screen candidates, and guide them through interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment in high-tech or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to own recruitment processes from outreach to offer.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Experience screening and evaluating candidates and behavior.
• Strong communication and judgment for remote GTM roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned GTM roles (Sales/Marketing/PS).
• Partner with hiring managers to set requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen candidates and guide them through interviews.
• Maintain ATS data integrity (including ADP) and track progress.
