Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist for its LATAM team. You will guide new clients through onboarding, deliver training, and ensure a smooth start with our AI-powered vacation rental platform.

This role is fully remote within LATAM, with English and Spanish required for all communications. You will create onboarding materials, coordinate with sales and customer success, and monitor onboarding effectiveness to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer onboarding or customer success within SaaS
• Fluent English and Spanish mandatory for customer communication
• Strong ability to manage multiple onboarding projects
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Fast learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Implement onboarding processes for new customers to ensure a seamless transition
• Conduct initial training sessions and demonstrations in Spanish & English
• Develop customized onboarding materials and resources
• Maintain proactive communication with new customers throughout onboarding
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to streamline onboarding
• Monitor onboarding metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding
