Owner.com is hiring a LATAM-focused Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for customer-facing roles. You will source, screen, and guide managers through the hiring process across LATAM, collaborating with the recruiting team to shape regional hiring standards and processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience hiring in Latin America.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches end to end from intake to offer and close.
• Source proactively across LinkedIn, local job boards, communities, and referrals.
• Conduct high-quality recruiter screens and provide hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to set expectations and maintain search momentum.
• Keep Ashby clean and use pipeline data to flag risks and bottlenecks.
• Build market knowledge across LATAM: talent pools and compensation.
