RateHawk is seeking a Local Support Specialist to assist our travel partners in Spanish and English, working remotely from Argentina. You’ll triage inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate, timely updates across all cases.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and problem prevention.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with professionalism.
• Empathetic communicator with customer-centric approach.
• Fast learner with new tools, systems, and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Help Our Partners: Take calls, provide initial advice and updates to B2B partners in Spanish and English.
• Be Transparent & Customer-Centric: Communicate clearly and honestly to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Handle Tickets & Escalations: Manage tickets, follow up on escalations, and work toward resolution.
• Manage Bookings: Modify and relocate bookings with attention to detail and urgency.
• Team Collaboration: Support and coordinate with other departments for smooth workflows.
• Manage Expectations: Balance needs of partners and account managers for outcomes.
• Record Details: Document all work and interactions in the CRM system.
