Job summary

Cloudbeds seeks a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Latin America) to guide Latin American hotel clients through end-to-end accounting configuration, from chart of accounts to country-specific e-invoicing compliance. You will work with clients and their accounting teams across the region to ensure accurate setup and smooth operation from day one.

This role blends hospitality accounting expertise with technical curiosity in a fully remote team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping in hotel/hospitality.
• Experience configuring or supporting integrations between hotel PMS and accounting/ERP software.
• Deep knowledge of at least one Latin American country’s fiscal and e‑invoicing requirements.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide Latin American hotel clients through full accounting onboarding including chart of accounts mapping and tax configuration.
• Support integrations between Cloudbeds and third-party accounting platforms and ERPs.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and configuration questions with a hands-on approach.
• Serve as the internal SME on Latin American hospitality accounting practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback.
