Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to lead LATAM hiring for customer-facing roles. You will own the process from intake to signed offer, sourcing, screening, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a great candidate experience.

You’ll work with a remote-first, global team, fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable with async collaboration across time zones, and able to scale recruiting for a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, agency or in-house, with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience hiring in Latin America.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong sourcing instincts and comfort running high-volume and niche searches.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches end to end, from intake through offer and close.
• Source proactively across LinkedIn, local job boards, communities, and referrals.
• Run high-quality recruiter screens and give hiring managers clear, honest recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to set expectations and keep searches moving.
