Job summary

HoopStars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth and profitable expansion. You will split time between operating HoopStars and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team, with remote LATAM work and Toronto-hours collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated results in paid acquisition and conversion optimization.
• Experience with retention strategies and lifetime value growth.
• Commercial accountability beyond marketing budgets: pricing, margins, forecasts.
• Experience hiring and managing marketers, creatives or agencies.
• Ability to translate ecommerce methods into service delivery with real capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own HoopStars business plan, budget, revenue and profitability.
• Drive digital growth across paid search, social, landing pages and enrollment funnels.
• Build and manage the parent marketing team across brands.
• Establish discipline by linking campaigns to paying customers and profits.
• Stay close to execution; diagnose funnel issues and lead improvements.
