IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a remote role. The candidate will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver project objectives, while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site) with a lead experience of 2+ years, strong English skills, and proven leadership and analytical abilities to manage global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics; contribute to analytics strategy for studies.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide inputs to key decision makers.
• Mentor or coach junior staff; ensure audit readiness and proper documentation.
