IQVIA in LATAM is hiring a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive oversight of global clinical projects from a remote-capable position. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost while adhering to IQVIA SOPs. The role demands leadership in monitoring strategy and strong communication in English.

You will manage cross-functional teams, guide risk mitigation, and ensure audit-ready documentation across multiple studies and sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role and strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategies, RBM tools, and study management plans.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and support continuous process improvements.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and participate in client meetings.
