IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery objectives align with contract, optimizing speed, quality and cost while complying with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the centralized monitoring team, managing resources, developing analytics strategy, and mentoring junior staff across global projects. English fluency mandatory, strong coordination skills expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global study deliverables.
• Manage study resources and monitor site metrics and trends.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools for quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams and sponsors.
