IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to oversee the centralized monitoring team across multiple countries, working remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

You will lead resources, monitor trial metrics, contribute to analytics strategy, and support the monitoring plan with governance and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project and clinical leads to deliver against contractual objectives.
• Oversee clinical deliverables and manage IP, risks, and mitigations for assigned studies.
• Monitor study/site metrics, develop analytics strategy, and support RBM tools and templates.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
