IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the monitoring team, managing resources, and maintaining audit-ready study documentation. The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead position, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Provide oversight of clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff and coach the team.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools.
• Attend study team/client meetings and communicate findings.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness of trial tools.
