IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work across multiple countries. You will partner with the project and clinical leads to ensure delivery objectives are met, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in accordance with IQVIA SOPs and practices.

The candidate should have 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead role, and excellent English communication. Strong organization and mentoring skills are essential to success.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and manage study metrics and trends.
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools for study management.
• Support monitoring strategy development and attend client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
