IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to manage a regional team across LATAM in a remote capacity. You will partner with project and clinical leads to meet contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost, following IQVIA SOPs.

Strong English and leadership skills are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing monitoring activities, developing analytics strategies, and mentoring junior staff across multiple global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project/clinical lead.
• Oversee clinical deliverables and risk management for multiple global projects.
• Mentor junior staff and manage study metrics and RBM tools.
• Support monitoring strategy development and action plans.
