IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver projects per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will oversee the centralized monitoring team, manage resources across global projects, develop analytics strategies, and support monitoring strategy and study management plans. Fluency in English and strong leadership are required.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local laws/regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources.
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop analytics; provide input to monitoring strategy.
• Support development of RBM tools, study management plans, and continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
