IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads in delivering project objectives per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role involves leading the centralized monitoring team, managing resources, and ensuring audit readiness across global projects with strong English communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage study IPs and risk mitigation.
• Provide leadership when no Clinical Lead is assigned and support project closeout.
• Manage project resources including CRAs and Central Monitors.
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analytics to drive action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development and escalation processes.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide input to decision makers.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of study tools and templates.
• Mentor junior staff.
