IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost, following IQVIA SOPs and practices.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, monitor study metrics, and contribute to analytics strategy, mentoring juniors and ensuring regulatory compliance. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• To lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with project and clinical leads to oversee deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, handling IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead on absence or project close.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action plans for clinical trial quality.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings and provide input to decision makers.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools for quality assessment.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness; mentor junior staff.
