Adaptive Teams is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist for a remote, front-line IT role. You’ll handle routine support requests, troubleshoot platform issues, and keep data accurate while helping people get back to work.

This full-time, LATAM remote position partners with a self-storage tech-focused agency. You’ll work with facility managers, vendors, and internal teams, following IT processes and security policies.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, help desk, or IT support.
• Able to learn new software and navigate multiple platforms.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage several tasks.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with facility managers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic Microsoft 365 skills are preferred.
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask, investigate, and learn.

Responsabilidades

• Own routine IT support requests, from account setup and password resets to permissions and platform access.
• Troubleshoot common account and system issues and escalate more complex problems when needed.
• Perform recurring system and data audits to spot discrepancies and keep information accurate.
• Partner with facility managers to track down missing information and resolve data issues.
• Update systems and tracking documents with verified changes and audit findings.
• Follow established IT processes, security policies, and documentation standards.
