SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, partnering with tech companies across 60 languages in 30+ countries. We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver outstanding support from a home office, helping clients with phone, chat, and email.

You will build lasting relationships, stay updated with tools, and safeguard data while meeting KPIs and supporting a multilingual environment.

Formación

• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2).
• At least 6 months experience in a customer support role.
• Tech-savvy, able to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Quickly grasps new tools, processes, and product features.
• Excellent at managing multiple projects at once.
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb RAM) with a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps down, 40 Mbps up).

• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
