Interlaced is a cloud-focused IT services provider offering outsourced IT support for clients worldwide. The role is a contracted IT Support Technician I based in Buenos Aires, remote work, with a focus on helping end users via chat, phone, and email.

The candidate should have 1+ years in IT, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex tech to non-technical users. Training and development pathways are provided.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ years in IT with help desk or customer support.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Ability to communicate complex tech to end users clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key layer of Interlaced's support team and communicate availability to teammates.
• Handle tickets independently; escalate to Technician II only when needed.
• Approve and verify Key Contact information per procedure.
• Resolve reactive tickets and participate in proactive maintenance and internal initiatives.
• Review KPI dashboards (SLA, Resolution Time, Stale Tickets).
• Build knowledge of internal systems and client tech solutions.
• Learn client services and offerings; identify opportunities for Interlaced.
• Under supervision, work on assigned project tasks for clients.
• Complete training, shadowing, and identify areas for future education.
• Provide training to IT Support Associates and new employees.
