Workana is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide remote, high-availability network support for enterprise environments. You will diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN incidents, support global teams, and maintain connectivity services with ITIL-aligned processes.

Fluent English is required, and this remote, full-time role is based in Latin America. You will work with local and international teams to ensure reliable network operations and incident resolution across time zones.

Formación

• 3–5 years in infrastructure support or network operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Cisco equipment.
• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for network and communications infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN incidents and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with local and global teams and stakeholders.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting with packet capture tools and protocol analysis.
• Manage incidents following ITIL best practices and document procedures.
