Freelance Latin America is seeking an experienced IT Support Level 3 professional to support a US-based organization delivering advanced technical support and infra management services. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, cloud administration, and delivering outstanding customer service while supporting complex IT environments.

Responsibilities include managing M365, Google Workspace, AWS, Windows Server, automation scripting, security tooling, and remote management platforms.

Formación

• Proven Level 3 IT support experience in complex environments.
• Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or AWS.
• Strong cross-platform troubleshooting of Windows, Linux, macOS and servers.
• Experience with remote software deployment and endpoint management.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN).
• Experience with security tools, firewalls, VPNs, backups, virtualization.
• Strong scripting/automation skills for admin tasks.
• Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
• Relevant IT certifications are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain M365, Google Workspace, and AWS environments.
• Manage Windows Server and other server platforms.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations.
• Evaluate IT solutions and recommend best technologies for clients.
• Scale and optimize hardware and software infrastructure.
• Manage email services, DNS, and network services.
• Deploy and manage security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, antivirus).
• Set up remote access and management solutions.
• Administer backup and virtualization platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and KB articles.
• Manage ticketing systems (Autotask, Syncro, ConnectWise).
• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving issues.
• Continuously improve existing systems and services.
