Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Jr on-site IT support professional to work at the customer's site from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves L1 in-person support to end-users, hardware and software hands-on tasks, and coordination with various internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

You will handle IMAC activities, maintain asset inventories, and ensure timely ticket updates while providing reliable incident progress communication on site.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with hardware and software for laptops/desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Background experience in IT Support (computers, mobile phones and iPads).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provides second-level investigation and diagnosis in-person at Customer’s site.
• Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved.
• Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) of End user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, desk phones, meeting room devices).
• Communicates with client regarding incident progress.
• Coordinate activities with third parties to resolve IT issues or complete service requests.
• Assists Server Team & network team onsite for servers in local server rooms or NW devices at site.
• Maintain server room inventories, room layout, and assets list.
• Ensure off-hours presence in case of scheduled maintenance.
