Crewbloom, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions.

You will own pipelines from alignment with hiring managers to offer rollout, driving growth across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services in a remote LATAM setup. The role requires 2+ years in high-tech SaaS recruitment, strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and solid experience with ADP ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Strong experience with initial candidate screening and behavioural evaluation conversations.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS, preferably ADP.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
