Job summary

Leads Icon is hiring its first HR professional to own how we hire. This is a dual role: about 70% full-cycle recruiting and 30% people operations. You will report to the General Manager.

The position is fully remote for a Latin America and US team. You will source actively, run end-to-end searches, build a talent pool, onboard and offboard with care, and maintain clear records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years recruiting end-to-end, remote LATAM experience, strong English (B2+), sound judgment,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting or HR, running end-to-end searches
• Experience recruiting remotely in Latin America
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English (B2+), written and spoken
• Based in Latin America
• Discretion with sensitive information and strong judgment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for all teams: intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and close
• Actively source through LinkedIn, referrals, communities and niche job boards
• Hire for media buying, customer service, business development, tech and creative roles with practical tests
• Build and maintain an active talent pool for ongoing hiring
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes with care and respect
• Own vacation, time-off and leave policy with a single record
• Maintain internal communications and check in with team leads regularly
