Limitless Agency is seeking a proactive recruiter/headhunter to own sourcing, screening, and hiring for an international remote team. Initial volume is 2–3 hires per quarter, focusing on internal roles with potential client work later. You will outreach passive talent, build talent pools, and shape recruiting processes using AI and automation.

You will work during U.S. Eastern Time hours, stay responsive on Slack, and deliver evidence-based candidate recommendations to the founder.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment with proactive sourcing.
• Strong English communication for interviews with US leadership.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and candidate documentation.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience recruiting LATAM and international remote markets.

Responsabilités

• Own searches from intake to presentation and hire.
• Outreach passive candidates via LinkedIn and referrals.
• Build talent pools and maintain follow-up.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess culture fit.
• Coordinate assessments and role-specific tasks when needed.
