Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. You will help customers with inquiries, reservations, and general support while upholding a positive, solutions-oriented demeanor.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication, can multitask, and is comfortable using CRM systems and standard digital tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
