Job summary

You will own pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and smooth interview process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning recruitment processes from outreach to offer.
• Proficient in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong initial screening and behavioral evaluation skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through interviews and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
