Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Marketing Technologist for a regulated DTC consumer brand based in Austin, TX. The role focuses on building and wiring marketing channels that are allowed, including search, email, SMS, referrals, and field partnerships.

You’ll direct Claude Code in live work, craft outbound campaigns, and own first‑party measurement. This is a hands-on builder role reporting to the founders, with remote-OK and CT overlap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on marketing with technical execution.
• Proven cold outbound campaign experience from end-to-end.
• Comfort with data handling, CSVs, and SQL basics.
• Ability to direct AI tools and code agents in live work.

Responsibilities

• Build and run trade/partnership outbound engine with segment targeting and sequences.
• Arm field team with lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own channels open to this market: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals.
• Create in-house creative using AI, decide when to generate or use real product shots.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment, hygiene, reports, QA, content pipelines.
• Own first‑party measurement (orders, retention, referrals, search visibility).
