Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on growth marketer with Claude Code expertise to build a cultivation engine across trade, partnerships, and field teams. You’ll direct API-driven workflows and craft sequences that scale, while maintaining compliance with regulated product constraints.

You’ll own first‑party measurement, run data‑driven optimization, and collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams to deliver repeatable growth loops. Remote-friendly with CT overlap.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing or growth.
• Cold outbound you’ve run end-to-end: list, sequence, deliverability.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine, define segments and sequences.
• Arm the field team with target lists and post-visit follow-ups; iterate for next version.
• Own channels: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, retention, referrals; align with brand.
