Job summary

Crystalia Glass Llc is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. You will own pipelines from hiring manager alignment through offer rollout, sourcing candidates and screening for culture fit to drive regional growth.

The role is 100% remote, LatAm-based, requiring strong sourcing and screening foundations and the ability to independently drive search processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment in high-tech/SaaS environments.
• Ownership of recruitment processes from outreach to offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluations.
• Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.
• Experience with modern ATS, preferably ADP, and remote work.

We are looking for a hands-on, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.

In this role, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment pipelines—from initial hiring manager alignment through to offer rollout. Location & Work Model

100% Remote ( Latam based)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
