Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands. The role is remote and requires handling US Eastern hours as the client's primary contact.

You will audit, optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube; manage feeds and tracking; defend attribution decisions and report directly to clients. AI-driven landing-page/build capabilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/ecommerce campaigns.
• Ability to present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and incremental ROAS.
• Ability to audit accounts thoroughly before making changes.
• Proven ability to work asynchronously across time zones and take client calls during US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overviews: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feeds, landing pages, cohorts.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate strategies and report separately.
• Explain and defend attribution decisions; optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• Own tracking, feed hygiene, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Build landing pages or scripts to remove constraints.
