Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage audits, optimization, and client communications, and defend growth decisions with data.

You will work directly with clients, shape attribution models (NC-CPA/NC-ROAS), and build or improve landing pages, feeds, and tracking. This role offers global remote work and requires US Eastern hours for calls.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
• Experience with attribution, holdouts, and incremental analysis.
• Ability to articulate strategy and defend decisions to clients.
• Strong remote collaboration and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand vs non-brand strategies and separate reporting.
• Oversee feed, landing pages, and conversion tracking integration.
• Build or adjust landing pages and scripts as needed; leverage AI tools.
