Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts, drive growth, and defend strategic decisions during client calls. You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, optimize PMax, and own feed, tracking, and landing-page strategies.

You will be expected to audit, report, and improve performance with a data-driven mindset, collaborating with multiple brands and budgets across US/Eastern hours.

Competenze

• Own a set of DTC accounts and act as the direct client contact.
• Audit campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and tracking before changes.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs incremental.
• Manage feeds, Merchant Center hygiene, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints; heavy AI use.

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, acting as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Lead client calls, write updates, defend decisions, and own results.
• Audit and review campaigns, structure, terms, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Keep brand and non-brand campaigns separate with clear reporting.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, and landing pages, then fix them.
