Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end from strategy to execution. You will communicate directly with clients, defend your recommendations, and ensure campaigns drive measurable growth across Brand and Non-brand efforts.

You will audit accounts, optimize feeds and tracking, and build landing pages and scripts as needed. Remote work is supported with US East hours for client calls; ownership and output are rewarded.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Experience owning client relationships and presenting plans.
• Ability to audit accounts and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Direct client communication; present results and plans.
• Audit campaigns, structure, negatives, bidding, and conversion tracking.
• Manage Brand vs Non-brand strategies with separate reporting.
• Analyze PMax performance and attribution; defend targets with data.
• Limit automation and ensure feed, tracking, and landing pages align.
• Build or deploy landing pages and scripts when needed.
