Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end to end. You will manage Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping, and PMax, defend your decisions, present updates, and be the client’s main point of contact. You’ll audit accounts, optimize funnels, and push for incremental growth across paid channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in English with client-facing presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental growth.
• Experience with Shopify or DTC eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit accounts, structure, bidding, and tracking before making changes.
• Manage Brand and Non-Brand campaigns as separate lines of business.
• Explain decisions, defend strategies, and optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Build or ship landing pages and tracking using AI tools.
