Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own accounts end to end, direct client communication, and defend optimization decisions with a focus on incremental growth and measurable ROAS. You’ll audit, optimize, and build assets to unlock demand and growth for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands.

The role is fully remote with US Eastern client calls; you’ll work with a global team and own the strategy, data, and outcomes across the funnel.

Formación

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce with measurable CPA/ROAS outcomes.
• Ability to analyze attribution and defend recommended marketing decisions.
• Comfort communicating results and plans directly to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end to end, including structure, keywords, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Audit accounts before touching them and present findings to clients via Loom walkthroughs.
• Optimize campaigns with a focus on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages that influence performance.
• Build or deploy landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
