Sweat Pants Agency is looking for a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, present results and plans, and defend calls with data.

You will audit, optimize, and own the feed, tracking, and creative levers that drive incremental growth. You should be fluent in the full Google ads stack, including Shopping, PMax, and brand vs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to audit campaigns and present findings to clients.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental value.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end-to-end as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Directly communicate with clients; present plans, updates, and defend your decisions.
• Audit accounts before touching them; review structure, terms, negatives, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand activity as separate, track incremental impact.
• Monitor PMax and feed alignment; own landing pages and conversion tracking.
• Build or adapt pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve ROI.
