Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the entire funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will manage accounts end-to-end, communicate directly with clients, and drive growth with rigorous audits, attribution, and testing across Brand and Non-brand campaigns.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, PMax, GA4, GTM, and data feeds. You will collaborate across landing pages, product feeds, and Shopify integrations to maximize ROAS.

Competenze

• Experience managing DTC/ecommerce.
• Proven ability to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
• Strong analytical and attribution reasoning.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, acting as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Lead client communications, updates, and defend your decisions.
• Perform comprehensive audits before touching accounts; cover structure, terms, negatives, and tracking.
• Manage Brand vs Non-brand separately to optimize channels.
• Understand PMax behavior with respect to branded vs incremental lift.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto recommendations and assets.
• Own data feeds and Merchant Center health; ensure feed impacts Shopping and PMax.
• Own tagging and conversions in GA4/GTM and Shopify, ensuring data accuracy.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, pages, and checkout; implement fixes.
• Build required pages, scripts, and reporting to remove growth blockers.
